If you receive an email from SEAS Graduate Education but notice that the links in it point to a site named "mx.technosolutions.net", it is legitimate. TechnoSolutions is a software provider used by SEAS and not a spam or phishing site.

If you receive a phone call from a company claiming to be working on a problem with your computer, and asking for the computer's name and network address, please do not respond. This is a scam that appears to be directed to state agencies in an attempt to gain access to computers. Thank you.
